Why I think Samsung's New S21 will fail?

Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S21 series today. At its virtual Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event, which took place earlier this usual, the Korean giant launched its latest flagship phones – the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. All of these variants feature a 120Hz display, Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, up to quad-cameras, and up to massive 5,000mAh battery packs.

If you compare S21 with S20 they are very similar - Same Design, Same Camera Setup, Same 120Hz display nothing special, So to make it look different they removed the support for SD Card expansion and removed the headphone jack much like Apple.

The new devices can effectively be divided into two categories: the S21 and S21 Plus, which are aiming to achieve a more wallet-friendly flagship experience, and the S21 Ultra, the ultimate Samsung smartphone that cuts no corners and aims to offer the most premium phone possible — with a price tag to match.

The smaller Galaxy S21 makes additional trade-offs: the back panel is made of polycarbonate plastic, not glass, and it lacks an ultra-wideband radio (which the S21 Plus and Ultra offer for better integration with Samsung’s new Galaxy SmartTag.)

Lastly, Samsung is following in Apple’s footsteps by no longer including a charging brick or headphones in the box, justifying it with similar environmental reasons (although Samsung will also likely save a few dollars by not bundling those parts).

Samsung also added a new feature where you can use S-PEN on the S21 series.

As you can see, you have to buy a separate ($70) phone case to keep the S-PEN, So I really don't understand what Samsung is trying to do, They already have Note Series with High-End Specs with S-PEN (in the phone).

In my opinion - Don't buy S21 wait for Note 21 where you would get more features with the same price tag.

And talking about tags, Samsung also released their own Tile tag, More on that later.
